Thes two guys, Elbert Dugdale and Jordan Pearce sold a training on a way to get businesses verified on Google My Business without having a physical address.  It was a vauge offering, and rather expensive ($500) so I had a private Facebook chat with Elbert.  He couldn't tell me everything (for fear I wouldn't buy it), so he promised me he would honor "the Paypal Security Blanket" if I was not happy.  I have screenshots of that conversation.  Not only was I not happy, I was horrified!  The $500 bought me a video that was less than 5 minutes long.  The audio was choppy and the whole thing was very badly produced.  Not only that, but it was NOT useful information.

I contacted Mr. Dugdale and Mr. Pearce and they argued back and forth on the Facebook chat with me.  Accused me of not trying it, so they would not honor a refund request after just 1 day.  I pointed out that I did not NEED to try it - it was not something useful for me.  I reminded them of their promise of a refund (the Paypal Security Blanket - in their own words).  Finally, they sent me $250 back and put a note on the transaction in Paypal saying this was what I agreed to.  I specifically told them this was NOT agreeable to me.

I put in a dispute with Paypal.

They have fought tooth and nail over this and refused to honor their word.

Elbert resorted to calling me names and insulting me - I have screenshots of that too.

At one point, he even made a threatening statement.

I'd be very wary of having any business dealings with either of these two men.

They are rip-off artists!

PS...They promised 3 training videos (see screenshot of their sales page), and then after people bought, they changed the sales page to say 1 video. And remember, it was less than 5 minutes long - for $500!
