I ordered a Digital Video Recorder from this company. They promised easy internet surveillance capability, easy installation, stable and professional performance. Nothing of the sort.
From day one the equipment did not work. I contacted them and they admitted that they were having server problems and asked me to bear with them. As time went by, there was always some problem with the equipment. The remote did not function, and even though they replaced the remote, the new remote had the same identical problem, sporadic response to buttons pressed.
Eventually I requested a Return authorization number from them, which they did not send, but asked me to continue trying with different software. This went on until the time to file a complaint had passed, at which time they refused to answer any more E-mails from me.
Do not buy any equipment from this company. Their surveillance equipment does not perform as they advertize, and their support is very deceptive. They advertize easy internet viewing, but their system is not consistent. When it does work, only one person can log-in at a time, as they have insufficient bandwidth. They make all sorts of fake promises, even though most of the tech personnel has no idea what they are talking about. They play you along until the time to file a claim has expired and then drop you like a hot potato. I would not buy from them again.
