The website for Electsurf advertises for the offering of Windows 7 Home Premium upgrade that: All of the products we offer come with a genuine retail license key. You will be able register the license key online, as well as updates. You can click here to verify the authenticity of any key with the Microsoft Windows Genuine Advantage (WGA) tool.
The graphic accompanying this offering is Windows 7 packaging.
I purchased. And then received a simple DVD with an open-sleeve paper CD jacket. No Microsoft license sticker, no branding, nothing.
I reported to Microsoft's piracy unit.
Heard from elecsurf.com....they have no tracking and no phone number...claiming that they sent me an OEM. Well, we all know that OEM software comes labeled...and in sleeves with stickers, etc.
These guys are totally bogus. BE CAREFUL, if you even decide to buy from them.

I downloaded the Windows Genuine Advantage from the Microsoft web site and installed it. When I ran a check it came up clean. The software I purchased from Elecsurf was the best price on the web and the real deal.
