Elect Group Stole My Money After Promising Help With My Home Loan Modification Deerfield Beach Florida
We are residents of Taylorsville, Utah. Elect group contacted us back in 03/09 asking for help with a home loan modification for our home.
After over two months of sending all our requested paperwork and paying them $2,100; now for over a week we found out that all their phone number are not working (including the agent who is over our case, Bill Garzia, 800-753-4597 ext. 4952; and a rep. name Karem from their Processing dept). Even worse, as of this moment 05/18/09, what we are hearing from their numbers is the name of other company, not Elect Group.
We are so afraid that we already lost all the money that we paid this Elect Group and just got the news that our home is now being processed for foreclosure.
We have asked the Florida Attorney General Office to investigate this company regarding their fraudulent activity but don't know it will help us in any way.
So when you the consumers read this message, try to avoid this company name Elect Group from Florida! They just want to steal your morney and help you nothing with your loan modification!
