Dear all,


 


The problem occured more than one month ago. On the 2nd of January I received an email from EA SPORTS saying my team in Fifa 15 Ultimate Team was deleted but all the points I bought since I bought the game would be restored in my account. On the 8th of January I received an email saying my points should be in my account. I spend more than 100 Euros for those points. I sent EA proof meaning the codes I entered in my account. It's been more than one month and my points are still missing.


I have attached the email from EA saying my points should be in my account plus some chats and the codes entered.


The user on Fifa Ultimate Team is linked with my email address


I tried to call them to ask for a manager or some legal way to help me.
