Electronic Payment Services, LLC in Centennial Colorado is owned by John Dorsey. Our auto repair business was approached by a representative of theirs named Renee Gonzales in Little Rock, AR.
Ms. Gonzales promised us a satisfaction guarantee as well as a written cancellation policy.When absolutely nothing she promised came to pass, and when EPS, LLC began seemingly randomly withdrawing excessive, undisclosed user fee's penalties, processing fees,etc. from our checking account- we complained first to our rep. who is no where to be found, and then to EPS,LLC and John Dorsey personally.
The company refused to explain, or achknowledge their seeming trolling of our checking account and withdrawing fee's illegally, but also refused to let us cancel due to bad faith, refused to take any more of our resolution calls, and now refuses to pick up the faulty credit card process machines which never worked, nor were fixed.
This company does not care about you.They will get you signed up, get your checking account number, and seemingly troll it for fee withdrawals without ever providing any services because their processing machine will never work. At least in our case that is what happened. It has cost us over $300 so far and now we have to close our three year old, business checking account and open a new one to get the withdrawals to stop.
We are reasonable. We tried to resolve this with them.
! Good luck if you decide to go into this chasm of a non customer caring payment processing company called ELECTRONIC PAYMENT SYSTEMS, LLC IN CENTENNIAL, CO ! We finally filed Attorney General complaints in our State and in Colorado where EPS, LLC is located. Will update you on what the A.G.s' offices tell us.

Hello today.
EPS also stole money from us and caused us to close a bank account we had had for 10 years to stop them from stealing from our bank account. Even our bank said they were frauds. I started a Facebook page called, EPS Are Scammers. Come check it out, like and share the more people we warn the better.
