I own and operate a family owned auto repair shop in Castlerock. The worst decision I ever made was signing on with EPS. They have the worst customer service and no business ethics. I tried to cancel my contract within the first 30 days of signing. I signed on with them in June of 2014 I cancelled in July. They are still taking monthly payments , annual fees, equipment lease payment, compliance fees and change over fees from my account. After numerous calls and countless hours on the phone I still can't believe I am wrapped up with these rip offs. I still till this day cringe every time I see their name on my bank statements. I still cant get out from underneath their regime

We had to actually close our account and open a new one to get them to stop charging us, doing a stop payment did not work they would just change the name. They are a horrible company and with all the complaints would think they would have been shut down already. I created a FB page called EPS are scammers, check it out, like and share so we can get the word out to other business owners. These people are scum!!
Thank you

What are the terms of the signed agreement? If the agreement was for 30-days then you may have a valid complaint. What are the cancellation terms as outlined in the agreement?
Is EPS in violation of the signed agreement? Specifically, what is the rip-off?
