I ordered a cell phone from them on 12/10/13. I paid $29.16 for FedEx 2-day shipping. I called on 12/12/13 to follow up on this purchase, and some guy told me that it shipped on 12/11/13. Great! Today is 12/17/13 and I still don't have a cell phone. When I called, Melvin told me that the phone was actually sent on 12/13/13 (the previous guy was too much in a hurry to check on this and lied about the shipping date), by US Postal Service GROUND!

It's coming from China, so it will take a while. This was supposed to be a Christmas present...so much for that... Melvin apologized quickly and reluctantly and said that I will get my $29.16 back on my cc within 5 to 7 business days. I will keep you updated whether this actually happens. He also said that I can buy the cell phone from another site, if I like, over night it, and return this one when it comes in. Some customer service!
