Elephant has had the same convenient system error each month since March. Their system is charging the wrong card and not the one on file. It is not updating for some reason. I have to log in and manually pay to avoid $45 a month in fees. This month I forgot, though they said they had notes and it wouldn't be a fee, they still charged me a fee though the correct card is on file and their system didn't charge the right one. 



There is a $25 reversal fee, which makes no sense as it is a card not an EFT transaction, so they aren't being charged anything, and a $10 late fee for not logging in and paying within 2 days. They don't text you or email you until 4 days after. So it is not possible to know the payment failed in time to resolve it without a fee. I called and chatted in and they wouldn't even get me a manager, just said they cant reverse fees. Even though she acknowledged that the system error charged the wrong card. This is BS. I will be reporting as the fraud with VA SCC and BBB also. Unacceptable.
