Elephant Group/ Dish Network I tried to help a friend by letting him use my credit card to get dish network started. When He enrolled, I gave them my credit card # and they said 49.99 would be the only charge to my South Plainfield New Jersey

Account. Then 14.99 and 19.23.

I called trying to resolve the issue.
I talked to rep #4986 4989 5032
They would not help me. And they hung up the phone on me.
She also said that the Put Able as the credit card Holder. No I was on the phone and the name I gave them was Coresta A**. They were too lazy to enter that into the system. I use Direct TV because their customer service is awesome and always nice. I have never been treated so badly by customer service reps before in my life. Something should be done about that.
I do not want my card used for any other transactions!!! It is not my responsibility to pay someone else's bills!!!
