elephant insurance company Unprofessional bad customer service, Internet
After company learned I was switching to another insurance company. They sent me to a collection agent for fraudulent claim under another customers account #. Tried to resolve the issue with Elephant Insurance and was transfered and put on hold for 1.5 hrs. Eventually I got it straight after I threatened legal action. This not a reputable or professional company. I would urge anyone thinking of using them to go else ware
