elephant insurance tx supervior CYNTHIA AND AGENT MEGAN??? SO I PURCHASED INSURANCE FROM ELEPHANT ON 09/17/16 ONLINE I CALLED IN ON 09/20 TO CANCELLE 1 VEHIHICLE AND ADD 1. WELL THE AGENT TOLD ME THAT BY ME HAVING OUT OF STATE DL IT WILL CANCEL IN 30 DAYS. WELL ON TODAY 10/14/16 THE TOOK 440.00 OUT MY ACCOUNT BIG RIP OFF STAY AWAY FORM ELEPHANT I WILL BE REPORTING THIS COMPANY TO THE BBC TEXAS Internet
SO i cancelled my policy and the still stole 440.00 out my account i spoke to one agent about this matter she transferred me to another agent by the name megan who would'nt provide her last name i told her wat happen she did'nt no what she was talkiing about so i ask are you a supervior the she said no. ok i thought i ask for a supervior the i was put on hold for 5 to 10 mins the a lady took the call i ask for her name she said cynthia and i ask cynthia what? she said she could'nt give me her last name i'm in customer service as well if someone call and ask for first and last name we provide the information as needed as being a legit company well ms cynthia stated to me she can refund me my money back but it would'nt be 440.00 is what they took out my account it would be half which is 220.00. then stated it would take 7 to 14 business days for refund but only took 1 min to take out my acoount. why 220.00 for yall mistake and not my full refund of 440.00. this elephant insurance company is a scam and fraud that's doing internet fraud getting your information and bank information to still your money when you cancell your policy with them. I'm reporting this company to BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND FILING A COMPLAINT FOR THEFT I NEED MY FULL REFUND BACK IN TO MY ACCOUNT ASAP#RIPOFF
