Elite Construction of IL, Inc - John French Inspector described their work as "real shyster work." North central IL state, somewhere, Illinois
Viewed problems with employees during the work. It seemed to clear up when the owner (John French) was around, but he was barely around, instead sending his guys to do most of the work by themselves, even in the rain.
Had the work inspected when it was done--inspector described it as "real shyster work" and suggested I have Elite come back to fix the work. The bill states no guarantee and says any "deviation from the above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge..." Will not have this guy for an extra charge to fix the work--instead, I'll have a local BBB certified professional get the job repaired.
No more bargain bin construction jobs for me. Address isn't even listed on bill--phone number goes to a cell phone. Buyer beware.

John French Jr the scammer that went through all these peoples money has been caught and is currently incarcerated in Hamilton County Justice Center in Cincinnati Ohio. Please contact the Hamilton County Prosecuters Office if your a victim and get on the witness list. If you go to the Hamilton County Clerk of Courts website you can search for John French name or by case number B-907136. He is being charged with 5 counts of Theft, and 5 counts of telecom fraud. He is set to attend court on Feb 8, 2012. Finally Karma has caught up with this piece of $hit!. I will be there to testify. I hope they bury him under the jail.

Trying to see if the John French in this complaint is the same John French wanted in Hamilton County, Ohio (Cincinnati).
John French from Cincinnati if he is the same person as this complaint from Illinois is wanted on 5 Felony Counts of theft, and 5 Felony Counts of Telecommunication Fraud.
We need to know if he fled the state to avoid prosecution. attache dis a picture of him. Please let me know if we are talking about the same guy.

If this was a real inspector that inspected the work why does he not leave his name or number. This is a bogus claim there has never been an inspector on my jobsite. This site is just a place for people to put things and try to get free work. You can check my BBB rating, which is an A. I believe in 100% customer satisfaction. I strive to make sure the customer is satisfied in every aspect of the job. Maybe the inspector is a ripoff by trying to have a contractor pay to have this comment removed. This is just a way for this website to make money. Also I am always on the job with my employees to supervise.
