IF YOU SEE "ELITEDIAMONDS" ON EBAY - RUN THE OTHER WAY.

BUYERS BEWARE!

This seller is as fraudulent as it can get. I purchased an item from them, before I could pay for it, they filed a PAYPAL dispute and then blocked any incoming messages. The item was never sent. It was sitting at a post office for a month. I filed a paypal no item recieved dispute, it took another month and in the end never recieved a cent back even though paypal have found in my favour. This seller has a way with Ebay and Paypal. I dont know how they do it but it really does open your eyes to how much protection you actually get from Ebay and Paypal with dealing with ELITECRIMINALS.

When you pay through bank wire transfer, expect your money gone. They wont trace your ebay id to locate payment, they'll file an Ebay dispute, block you and you wont get a cent back or have an opportunity to leave negative feedbacks. All their feedbacks are neutrals and positive, never negative. This is because no one ever has the chance to leave negative feedbacks as they are either blocked, reported or the item doesnt get sent so if you leave a feedback, it would automatically be removed by ebay.

NOW THATS FRAUD. Feedbacks these days dont mean crap. It just means they either leave it themselves or have ways to block negative feedbacks. When i said sitting at the Post Office it does not mean its actually the item you bought sitting there. They lodge some other crap there and have it stationary for god knows how long, provide a tracking number just to make it seem like they posted it out so they can get away with it from Ebay and Paypal. Ebay and Paypal are just as stupid, as long as they see a tracking number, theyll assume its sent. It will never arrive as the package prob doesnt even have your address on it. It just stays there indefinitely. Then when you file a dispute, Ebay and Paypal refers you to the dodgey tracking number. Goodluck. Remember to tell your friends, after a string of disputes against them, i will never trust ebay or paypal again.

I couldn't agree more Zac and Richard. There appears to be more contradictions and wild speculation than any substance. Lost credibility for me, as soon as I read their last response that contradicted their opening post. Can't wait for their next installment.

I would say disgruntled ex employee or jilted lover/exgirlfriend/ex wife seeking revenge. I feel sorry for the seller, as this stays forever, but I guess so does the posted contradicting answers to questions, which makes it quite obvious to any one that the post is not really legitimate.

Way to many contradictions for my taste and lots of claims without substance or that has anything to do with their opening post. Next time try to keep your story straight, that way you can keep credibility. I'm settling for ex wife or girlfriend

Slightly confused by the things you are saying.

How did a seller open a PayPal dispute on you? Only buyers can open PayPal disputes.

You say you paid by PayPal but make comment that if paying by bank transfer you will not receive your items or money? How do you know this, or is it just speculation if you paid by PayPal?

You claim they do not trace payment, but PayPal payments are updated automatically on eBay. No seller has to trace a payment if one is made? What did you mean by this?

Firstly you claimed it took a month to get money from PayPal and then in your follow up you then say it was provided straight away by PayPal. Which is the truthful comment, as both cannot be correct?

You say the items are cheap and poor quality but then claim you never received them? How do you make this claim, after you state they have 20000 thousand positive feedback and you have not received any items?

eBay has robots in place that prevent sellers from using other account to leave their own feedback, it is usually caught very quickly and is now practically impossible. Is this another speculation or do you actually have some proof of this?

You have said the seller is in Victoria but that the package tracking says 'TRANSIT AT VILLAWOOD?' I checked on Google Earth and that is New South Wales, not Victoria. As you claimed not to have received the package, have you checked with your USPS post office? Is Villawood close to you in New South Wales?

You state that seller is not even in Australia, but claim they lodged a package in Australia? Which one is it?

eBay will only remove feedback if the seller can provide proof of receipt of package, you use profane language, are a previously blocked bidder using a new account or provide contact details in feedback. You say that you did not do this in your claims? Why do you believe the feedback was removed, if you did not do any of those things?

Your post seems more in the sellers favour than yours, as you have made all these claims but none of them seem applicable to your original claim. If you could please clarify the above, it would make it easier to understand your post, which is confusing and contradictory at the moment and seems more wild speculation than facts.

You have said the seller is crazy, but your post contains a lot of contradiction and what appears to be wild speculation and from what you have written it seems that the package was probably awaiting your collection and you never collected it.

Usually sellers gives a few days for customers to pay after an Ebay purchase. Its reccomended but not complusory to pay immediately. This gives buyers who are not available for whatever reasons a number of payment reminders. Well, a dispute was filed with Paypal for non payment. I have the proof in Paypal that payment was made to the seller. Then the seller would pretend to do the civilised thing and post up a tracking number. I swear, it said in TRANSIT AT VILLAWOOD for a MONTH! wow, that's some awfully slow snail mail. We live in Australia and here items arrive no more than 10 working days at most. At best, they get from Victoria to NSW in a matter of 3 business days. Called Paypal to open a case against them (ITEM NOT RECIEVED) then recieved a Paypal's " we have decided this case in your favour". This is the worse Ebay seller ive dealt with. Im an active consumer who pays for all my purchases. This seller is just..... crazy is putting it lightly.

Buy their gems, check the quality yourself. Even if its $2.00 which most are, guys your better off giving that money to charity. How they get 23,000 feebacks is beyond me. Cheap? maybe. Quality? well i havent recieved my item so i wont know but read the feedback, buyers are saying it's crap. You get what you pay for. I guess, they do to me what they do to many customers but the poor buggers cant leave a feedback and even if they do, it gets removed even when there's no offensive content. They have a way. I believe this a criminal funded organisation/business. Buyers are complaining their not even in Australia. A great chance, they have numerous accounts and gives themselves feedbacks all day. Its not like its impossible to do.

You said at the beginning of your report that before you could pay for the item the seller filed a paypal dispute. What kind of dispute was it?
