I recently received a packet from the attorney general.  I am working on the paperwork and reciepts to send in.  If you have been ripped off by this guy, call the attorney generals office, Houston..  I did get a refund but it took forever, but I did not get all of my money back.  Gary told me that he would personally send me the refund for the money that I laid out to pay the locator.  Due to the fact that Gary Bishop never sent my vending machines, I lost my locations..  This guy is a theif and I will do my part to see to it that he pays for all he has done!!

Do you have any info from his court and/or jail stay that would help us identify this guy?

A real name would be great.  A date of birth.  A social.  Anything?  We need to find him and have a talk with him.

Well I posted last month that Gary Bishop was to refund me the $400.00 that I laid out for the locator to locate spots for my vernding machines when the deal fell through.  Well here it is mid April and NOTHING.. Gary Bishop will not return my phone calls or emails.  I was lucky to get the refund for the money I paid for the machines, but let me tell ya, it was a job.  It took over 6 months for them to refund me my money and it came in dribs and drabs.  He only owes me $400.00 but If it costs me ten times that to put that crook behind bars, I will do it!!!!  Elite System Serives has complaints out the kazoo with the better business bureau in the past few months.  I would suggest filing a complaint with them if he owes you money.  I have been in contact with the District Attorney in Houston and it seems like a good avenue to follow, we are off to a good start there.  If anyone has a class action suit, count me in.  I've exhausted all of my efforts and dont have time to chase that crook for my money.. but I do think he needs to be stopped!!!

Wanted to know if anyone has thought about a class action suit against this company. I have had my run in with the company and have been trying to get my money back. If anyone can let me know what they think about this please tell me. I know we will probably not get our money but maybe they will go to prison.

Please don't believe that people are getting refunds!!!  Unless you paid with a credit card and filed a dispute with the card issuer, you won't be getting anything back.

Gary Bishop is a crook.  He steals hard earned money - and then lies for months on end about refunds that never arrive.  I have never dealt with a more dishonest company or individual in my life.  The excuses after excuses become comical after a while.

Someone stopped by their address for me, and the place is empty.  A dang crooked business and even more crooked people you talk to on the phone.

I have a criminal complaint in with the Houston District Attorney that will eventually place the lying moron Gary Bishop behind bars.  Please do the same.  It is some simple paperwork to fill out.  It won't get your money back, but it will investigate his criminal activity and stop it! 

I recently received my refund of 5,300 for vending machines I purchased from Elite System Services, account manager Gary Bishop.  The deal didnt work out and I waited months for my refund but I DID receive it.  I was also promised by Gary Bishop that the company would be refunding me the $400.00 that I paid a locator to find locations for my machines.  When the machines did not arrive on the date agreed upon I lost the $400.00 that I paid the locator.  Now Elite System Services does not want to refund my $400.00.  I spoke to Gary Bishop last week and he told me that he will reinburse me the $400.00 out of his own pocket. He knows that it was no fault of mine that the deal did not work out and I find it honorable that he is going to do that.  I will update again when I receive the refund. 

Gary?  No response?

This man his lied to me for the last time. 

It is now personal for me, my partner, and his hard hitting friend that already lives in the Houston area.  When are we going?

Gary ripped me off.. told me my refund was in the mail several times over the past 6 months.  He is a scumbag snake.  He owes me quite a bit of money and assured me that the check will. once again be mailed to me this week.. He took food out of my childrens mouths!! Now its his turn.. Gary Bishiop, you messed with my family!! Now its personal!!  If my check is not to me this week I will be on my my way to Texas.  If anyone has the name of an attorney they used against this thief..let me know..  I am not going to stop until this guy is run out of business!!!  I am going to report that b*****d to the FTC, Local news stations, BBB, h**l I will go to judge Judy if I have to .. This low life scum bag is going to get his!!  He finally stole off of the wrong person!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
