 Ken Hall thinks he can control everyone and everything. He has had several drivers in the middle of the day just park their truck cause he is so over the top. He has major mood swings. He can fire you but Lord forbid you quit. He will talk about you to try and prevent you from getting another job. I don't have proof but there are some suspicious things that go on behind the scenes.

So have you even listened to the audio posted @ youtube? If not for whatever reason, I'll email it to you. You had all this time to simply call the # & you would've gotten my info. Ken doesn't answer questions without being rude, & obviously cussing. The only thing off is you telling the truth by being bias & defending him. How can i contact you or anyone when he will not let me speak to anyone else, & of course you ignore my emails?

If you really want to chat, REPLY TO THE EMAILS I SENT to you personally, + [email protected]. By your reply, there should be no reason you haven't gotten my emails. I'll send another immediately so you'll know to check, but we can't chat until you address the 1st emails sent prior & around the time of my post. For you to claim you respond in a timely manner & here we are almost in the next year, that's off. So what I posted aint false; I post truth & my ignored emails + the youtube clip I posted proves it. You don't have to assure of retaliation; either he's respectful or I'll have his title I know my rights & not afraid to use them. Interestingly I believe the op more than you still

Dear "Unknown":

I have just become aware of your post and wish to address it. I am not sure of your situation or status with Elite Trucking, but judging by your post, you are a very disgruntled employee, and that is unfortunate. 

I would love to respond to, and address, every issue that you have. It seems you have many.

1) You stated "If anyone did leave & go back I bet it was due to work picking back up after normal/seasonal construction layoffs, or being so desperate finding another job that they were willing to put up with him, & they were possibly family or close friends who are alike."  

This is, simply, false information. I'm not sure that you have a reliable source, or that you are informed of our employees and their employment history. 

2) You stated "& if the OP or anyone was to contact you concerning prohibited employment practice due to unfair treatment, etc, I'm sure it'll only get worse. However, retaliation is against the law"

No one in this company uses "retaliation". I can assure you that.

 

3) You stated "He or no one from the office replies to email unless it regarding making money hauling something. You only list 1 #, & he answers every time, leaving us unable to call the office unless you work there, got another #, or put your hope in mail or an email. If you call asking why no one responded to the email you'll probably get hung up on instead of simple apology or courteous & friendly explanation"

I would love for you to elaborate on this specific issue a litte more please. I'm not sure who you have emailed, but I do always respond when necessary. It may not be immediately, but it is always timely. Yes, we do only list one number for the company. It is Mr. Hall's number, he can answer any questions one might have relating to the business. We have no need for an additional number at this time. We each have an email address and there is also an email address on our website, which is forwarded directly to me. 

4) You stated "Don't ignore email if it's not about only the company making money. Allow others who have taken time to type & send it to get a follow up, & give them a valid response. Don't be unprofessional & act as if you haven't read it, asking what the email is about, which is virtually asking one to repeat it or to mention it as if you aren't going to respond, depending on what one says. It could somehow be in the spam or junk folder, yet that doesn't justify being rude. Click the email, read it, & respond accordingly. That's what the email is about."

I am not aware of any instance this has happened. I often reply to emails that have nothing to do with making money. I feel that if you are not making yourself and/or your specific situation known, then this is not even a valid complaint. I'm sorry if you have had a bad experience with email, but I know that, I personally, have received nothing of this nature. 

5) You stated "What's your email for if we have to waste our time & call for a follow up anyways? To be rude by insulting the sender, if they're weak enough to say what it was about, is unjust & you don't deserve to be in business. You aren't a business without a consumer[s], so don't take us for granted. It's the same with employees / applicants. Appreciate others & show respect. You aren't the only with bills & family."

Asking what an email is about, if you have not seen the email, is in no way rude or insulting. If you follow up your email with a call, and the email hasn't been read, it does not make a person "weak" to tell what the email is about. Not sure where the word "unjust" falls into this situation either? I'm sorry, but this is not even a legitimate complaint and I can not address it any further. I will follow that up by saying, we are very aware that we are not the only one's with bills and a family. That is why we work very hard to make sure that our employees have plenty of work, therefore providing them with paychecks for THEIR families and bills.

6) You stated "I have evidence of him bad mouthing on different chats. I'll attach 1 chat here with my voice edited out for privacy reasons. So others can hear the other chats, that's what email, other sites, & investigative commissions who handle complaints like that are for.. You are informed with what my name is, which means, I'm sure you know how to contact me. If you are so very adamant about complaining about this company, I would love to know what your name is so we can address your specific situation. Hiding behind a Rip-Off report post without contacting us directly or putting what has happened to you specifically, so that we know who you are, seems a bit off.

I'm sure the truth will all come to light & Mr Hall will suffer for how he is, affecting all who associate with him."

I'm not sure what you are referring to as talking inappropriately, and I can assure you that Mr. Hall is in no way racist or discriminatory. He shows absolutely no favortism and speaks the same to any "protected class, consumer and/or employee" as he would an "un-protected" class. I would hope that no one would wish ill-will on any other individual and or company. That seems a bit juvenile. I'm not sure what "truth" you are thinking my come to light, and hoping that Mr. Hall suffers for his actions and that it effects all who associate with him, seems a bit threatning and evil. I am not sure who you are or what your situation was, since you do not say, but I hope you have been able to move on from whatever experience you may have had with this company. 

We wish nothing but the best and total success for all of our current and former employees, customers and the like.

Some jobs just aren't meant for everyone, and that's ok.

Ok Ms Heather Hall, you know you're exaggerating & accolading for him. Dear Mamabear:

I'm sorry you feel that you have had a bad experience with our company. I'm assuming your husband, or son, must have been employed with us recently. I am interested to know who you are filing a complaint on behalf of, so that we may set the record straight. We treat all of our drivers as if they were our own family and still have several driver's that started with us in the beginning.

If who you are complaining for, was fired, I am certain there were ample grounds for termination. In regards to your statement, "He can fire you but Lord forbid you quit.", we often have former employees call to see if we are needing drivers. I believe this speaks volumes as to how our employees are treated.
