Elite Wireless - Nothing But Complaints! ripoff, rude Casselberry Florida
I ordered 3 things off the company's website, one which was placed on backorder. After receiving the 2 items, I called and stated I was returning the items b/c I was not satisfied and to cancel the backorder of the other item I did not receive.
I thought everything was koshure until I found out they supposedly did not receive my return in the mail. The company offered me no help whatsoever in locating my package, and they didn't even offer to at least refund me the money of the 3rd item that I didn't even receive. The woman I spoke to on several different occassions said her name was "Kristen" which I don't think is the truth. She hung up on me several times in regards to this issue and pushed buttons at me. She was very rude and when asked to speak to her supervisor, she said "I am the supervisor!"
On another call I asked how many people worked there because she was the only one who answers the phone every time I call, and she said, "There are a bunch of people who work here." Well how come no one else could talk to me about this issue? Furthermore, I just feel stuck, I'm out $38 and Elite Wireless has offered NO help to me at all. They don't even have a 1-800 number to call, if you want to contact them, you have to call long distance!

I'm sorry you were ripped off by Elite Wireless, I worked there for 1 week before they fired me (I wasnt fired for doing something wrong, they hire and fire people when they need them. My friend who got the job the same day I did got fired after 1 1/2 weeks.) The company is actually made up of about 10 people, 4 are from the High School right next to it. They are very secretive and untrustable, I worked there for a week and I saw a police officer in the front office about 2 times there because of complaints they received from the company. The company isnt quite a scam more than just a few lazy guys that dont bother to fill out every single order they get and dont care what customers think. There isnt a customer service, there isnt a call center, there is only a building with a stock room, a computer room, a front office, and 2 bathrooms. Even though it was one of the easiest jobs I ever had (I edited the pictures you see on their websites.) it was also the most untrustable. I would feel a lot better if someone DID actually succeed on shutting down Elite Wireless, They are just a couple of guys that dont care about anyone.
