ELocalListing - ELocalListing.com guaranteed service, butchered my internet listing, took my money, abandoned me. Temecula California
I have a 20 year old respected photography business. ELocalListing promised if they did not improve my google and yahoo ranking in 30 days I could have a refund. They took my information. I was astonished 26 days later to find the following.
Despite forbidding them to post my home address (I have been stalked), and despite telling me they would not, they did so anyway. They posted that my business takes credit cards but not cash or check (when the opposite is true). They posted the wrong business name for my company on Google, then posted a completely different other wrong business name on Yahoo! They posted a video I have never seen or authorized and ascribed it to me. When viewers watch it they are automatically taken to my competition.
Worst of all, I had had a reasonable ranking in Yahoo that comes from my having a good website and 20 years in the same location. Now I do not show up in Yahoo even in the first 90 pages. They destroyed all my listings.
When I called to complain I was "misinformed". I was told Google and Yahoo require home address to be posted. That is a falsehood you can easily verify. I was told a manager would call and arrange a refund, as promised. I received no call nor refund. I was told someone would look into correcting the mess they left at Yahoo and Google. I have had no phone calls. I was told I would be emailed a case number. I was never emailed.
I feel very victimized and I don't even know yet the extent of the damage to my previous good search listings.

The reality is that you have lost you rankings because your link was referenced inside elocal's database, elocal's database has been blacklisted by both Yahoo.com and Google.com because elocal tries to cheat in achieving high ranking through repetitive links My advise to you would be contacting google (good luck) or you can contact a real SEO company tell them you situation and see if the can help you out. If not the only solution would be to move your entire site to a new host and have all your entire site re indexed by both google and yahoo. elocal would probably deny this, but we know the truth just like they got most of their yahoo profiles removed for adding fake reviews to customers yahoo profiles, but that's just another awesome thing they do. Just like there success stores, all fabricated. Anyone considering doing business with company should really do a competitive analysis report. eLocal is one of the most scandalous companies out there doing seo fraud. Do your homework it will save you a headache in the long run. For those who want to know who I am, Do not fret I will see you in SES London 2009... I Hope your director of product development attends being that he is such an expert and all... Cheers!
