 Have had issues with mold in my apartment. They've come in and cleaned it and said it was a mildew. After a couple more weeks of having very bad asthma attacks and not being able to breathe due to congestion and asthma, they've come back to say it is because of "stress" that I cannot breathe. They don't want to fix anything. There were small pieces of mold coming out of my ac vent. They still won't do anything to help. I'm also not the only tenant having serious issues in their apartment.

Since moving in i have asked on numerous occasions to fix things and also the smell and noticiable mold and they keep saying it will be taken care of,to NO avail,and on top of that the floors are unstable with rotten wood below the carpet and everything in my house shakes and a gift from a friend i had on the wall fell and broke,its valued at $800 dollars.They wont pay for it and i was notified the rent is going up including a water bill they include for $50.I dont even own a W/D and I have had it! I gave them 60 days notice to vacate and and told them i would pay a half months rent to leave 14 days before the lease was up,they refused.Do not rent from this place.
