I don t know where to begin. The infractions are many, complicated and involve residents as well as managment.
First off I am from the North (new York), and when I moved in they (management were all sothern charm. Immediately after money changed hands things changed. The surviellance by the communinists here is unfounded and dont bother going to the police because youre preaching to the choir.
I am not a racist as I am not claiming its just blacks here but I am a single white male(protestant male) in his 50's who has been deemed disabled by Social Security. Try to get out of your lease will cost you$$$$ as with any of the corporate property management companies. So what is the solution, not sure other than report things as I see them.
The property managment company is but a group of ambitious mediterreranean types who cannot live on less than a million. They demand the best for themselves at others expense. One could say these types are directly responsible for the extreme homelessness that exists in America, as they cannot provide a safe environment for their residents nor do they care as I am here all day every day and havent seen anyone here who resembles the upper crust.
If you do a search for elon property managment you will find page after page of eviction judgements brought about by their cohorts in crime. You have to ask yourself if all these people were properly vetted during the application process and they were completely honest with their respective tenants, evictions would not be issue, but we know they are good for business(courthouse,lawyers,etc)
While these people that work within this "Mafia network" live a good comfortable life with all the creature comforts(no employees live on premises), maybe this wouldn't be my issue, but security is only evident 8:00 to 5:00by a mantenance man who obviously needs this job.
This as well as all property mangement co.'s are protected by (llc's) , insureance, and ,generous tax write-offs, and leverage with the banks for relief( See Empirian Property Managemnt) a sucessor to Elon with most of the same players. They don't go away they just move on.
Believe the housing crisis is far from over anyd yes I was probably placed here fro this very reason to write about my experiences. ANd that is why I am now heading to the Dominican Republic in my quest for freedom from persecution.
