Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I had a very bad experience with these people.   Without going into detail here, I will give you fair warning based on my experience:

1) Get your contract in writing including your 30 day satisfaction guarantee from them,  2) If you pay with Paypal, be sure to dispute your charge within the 45 day dispute allowance Paypal gives you  (however you pay, be sure you have recourse other than their promise to refund),  3) I had some spam complaints from their mailing that my server, Host Gator, could not rectify with the info provided by them to Host Gator causing HG to issue a warning to me that I would be in trouble if it happened again.

Simple as "satisfaction guaranteed"

I paid $1500 for 5 million mail outs.  I had a written and signed 30 day money back guarantee for any reason "satisfaction guaranteed" from them.     I started with 1.5 million of the 5 million for my first mailout.   The results were a fraction of what was promised.  I asked for my refund after that initial mailing  (a week before their 30 day satisfaction guarantee expiration).   They said it would be 3-5 business days till I got my money.  I finally got the money 4 weeks later because they went the distance with Paypal and Paypal took it by default from their account (since they didn't contest the refund).  Fortunately, I filed the Paypal dispute within the 45 days Paypal allows.    They threatened (in writing!) that they would send out 200 million emails telling everybody that I (and my company) is a scam and fraud, etc.   They also said I could be shut down for spam by my server as a result of their mailing, further trying to threaten me  (I have the letter - unbelievable!  I might post it here later).  Now "somebody" is posting hoax scam alerts about me and my company for totally fabricated stuff, forcing me to address them as continued anonymous hoaxes/harassment.   If this continues like this, you will see more details regarding my past experience with them, that of course I can easily verify.

They say that I committed fraud.  How can I can defraud them by exercising my right to their guarantee that they used to get my business?   The fact that he has publicized these allegations of fraud against me in the attempt to discredit/hurt me will entitle me to pursue recourse in the event that I suffer any damages.  He says this has been turned over to his legal department to proceed against me.   For what?  Stating the verifiable truth? ...or...  Defrauding them of the 1.5 million mailout they did with the unsatisfactory results?   Good luck with that lawsuit.    Stay tuned for the continuing saga that is dealing with this company.

btw...Their address on their BBB page is 7904 E. Chaparral Road #A110-290, Scottsdale, AZ 85250  (I couldn't find it any place else).  I had a friend stop by.  He told me it's a UPS store.

EMAIL BLAST USA STRIVES FOR 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

Mon, July 23, 2012

It is the policy of Email Blast USA to address any positive or negative comments made about the company on the internet. Email Blast USA helps hundreds of business owners each month in expanding their companies. This is done through a process that takes time and expense. These time frames and expenses are made clear to each person contacting our company. Unlike other companies offering similar services for far less money, we do deliver the product we are selling. Caution should be taken when dealing with any "company" or person offering a similar product for a "too good to be true" price. Our company follows all legal procedures to deliver the end results needed without putting our clients in harms way. These processes are handled through a team of attorneys that are all part of the necessary upfront costs. It has always been the policy of our company to return any money invested in our program if the client decides not to move forward if at the time we have not incurred any costs. In the case of this individual, he was expecting a refund within the same day. We submitted his request, and found that he had used a large portion of his credits. At that point our team had to make sure that he was not attempting to defraud or abuse our services. Although we did find that this customer was attempting to defraud our company, we provided a refund to him in order to stop these slanderous complaints against our company. This case has been turned over to our legal department to proceed in legal action. We don't provide a free service, but we do want our customers to be satisfied.
