With all due respect, I sincerely believe that this report was written by the client prematurely, without taking into consideration all the time and effort invested by me and our customer care team here at SalesAgentUSA.com.
Our company, EMBEEM Incorporated, established in 2004 and based in Edison, NJ, has helped thousands of clients around the world to expand by finding sales agents and distributors all across the globe. We put our premium clients in touch with qualified and interested sales agents. We work hard to understand our clients' requirements, and in turn pre-screening through hundreds of relevant sales agents, in order to find the ones who are qualified and interested. We perform an e-mail campaign as well as a phone campaign in order to find sales agents who are interested in the client's product/opportunity.
However, we make it very clear to the client beforehand (in Terms and Conditions) that we cannot guarantee that they will end up appointing the sales agent(s). It is virtually impossible to guarantee this. Whether the client and the sales agent(s) end up working together depends on a number of variables beyond our control such as the client's product, pricing, commission structure, terms, etc.
Our job as a company is to refer the client to as many qualified and interested sales agents as possible, and to make the introduction. In this case, through the diligent efforts of our customer care team, we had found at least 5 pre-screened sales agents who were qualified and had expressed interest in working with the client. After we make the referral and the introduction, it is beyond our control, due to the factors/variables listed above, to ensure that the client appoints the sales agent(s).
With all of our promotion efforts, client's profile has had over 395 hits over the course of three months. But as stated above, in the end, whether the sales agent decides to work with them will depend on the client's product, pricing, terms, and many other factors.
It is not fair that client is accusing our company of being a "scam" after all the work that we have done for them, just because they were not able to actually appoint the numerous qualified and interested sales reps that we referred to them. I am ready to provide any evidence necessary to prove that the claims below are baseless and premature.
