St. Francis,#2Consumer Suggestion

I have been a customer with EMC, back in the days that it was UC Lending. I didn't have many problems with them with until the EMC reign began. It seems to me with the payments and changing the amounts that you truely owe, what you need to do, even if it is very hard to do, it will make up for it (hopefully). Somehow you need to come up with one extra monthly payment first. Continue making your regular payment, but try to mail it early enough so they will receive it in enough time for the due date. This will clear up any late fees they have been tacking on(and the good Lord knows this company does NOT deserve more money from any of us!!). Next, when you do have that one extra month's payment, send it with a payment coupon, just like a regular payment, then it will get posted as the next payment due. Finally, pretend that you didn't send that 1 extra payment, and continue to make your payments on time each and every month for 12 continuous months. Start checking your credit report, find out about getting a new house, with a very different mortgage company, sell your house that you have now, and kiss the nightmare good-bye! I know that these suggestions may sound like their too easy, but my girlfriend and I used to work for mortgage company, and this is a really easy thing to do, if you keep concentrated on the goal = new home + new mortgage company = your happiness. Good Luck & Karma, and may the Lord Bless all of you & yours,
