EMD Music Easy Music Download Songs appeared on website but not in purchased software download library Internet
I had a disappointing experience with EMD Music today. I did a google search for a specific album for my sister's birthday. I was happy to find it on this website.
It listed all of the songs in a group. It was advertised as "Free." There was a download button so I clicked on it. It took me to a screen where it asked for $21.95 as a one time payment for access to the entire site for as long as I wanted to use it. Since the album was no longer available elsewhere I paid the fee.
I downloaded their software and searched for the same album. It wasn't there. How could it be on the website but not in the Search/Download of the software? There's no way to contact them and no way to get any help.
Let me be clear. I want them to provide what they said they had available for download. I want the album. I never would have paid the fee if I wasn't going to get what they said they had.

Before I paid the fee I checked for the business on RipoffReport.com and there were no postings.
