A sloppy unprofessional who will make you lose everything you have and lets you down by working out a deal with your opponent to avoid being sanctioned for his legal mistakes.
Makes you lose your million dollar business and by threatening non representation and promising substantially reduced fees, forces you to walk away with nothing, although you had $150K coming in a written contract.
When you are trying to figure out what to do with your life without your successful business and no money to start a new one with, he really goes to work and fights you, the client for money.
Sues you and denies everything in court to get a $200K judgment against you for his great services, forces you to file bankruptcy with perfect credit and to top it off, fights your bankruptcy, calling it fraudulent when you have no money to pay him because he made you lose everything.
I paid him over $20K for all the above and filed a grievance with the Texas Bar Association to get justice.
