I was searching for soccer betting tipstar online so I stumbled upon his video on YouTube, watching the video I decided to cotact him on whats app. I requested for free tips or payment after winning he declined that I should pay $100 to join his vip group, I pleaded him told I can't afford such amount that in Nigeria things are that I don't have such amount of money. I told him that instead of going into crime I prefer to look for a legitimate way to make money online. he said I should pay $80 it took me 1 month to source for that money from friends and family with the intention that I will pay when I start makiby money, when I sent the money to him I took a screen short and send to him after a while he blocked me on what's app. I have screen short our chat and proof of payment with me . my email contact is [email protected]
