Known as Captain Emilio, this man is not recognized by any official maritime regulatory body as such. Has a long list of failed ventures for ship/boat owners, and wanted in the DR and US for writing bad checks. If you have ever been a victim of this man in any way, report it to the local Miami FBI Field Office. He is involved with many other that claim to provide shipping, tug, scrap, maritime insurance and repair. If you need a shipyard, contact Ciramar.com direct rather than using this crook as a broker.
