I use to work for this company, I was pregnant when they hired me and they were aware of this . During my time there they began to take hours away from my spouse who was also employed with them for taking me to Dr appointments as well as when I had to be rushed to the hospital for preterm labor as a punshiment for not being at work. Then I was forced to take an early maternity leave and the owner granted me fmla for my maternity leave and said my job would be there when my doctor cleared me for work after the baby was born. I had doctor notes upon doctor note for my team leader and the owner but they allowed a manager who at the time was sleeping with one of the co- owners (Layton ) to give not only my position away but my job while I was on fmla / maternity leave against the federal fmla regulations then deny to give me back my job I went to the labor commission and reported this incident along with many others including payroll checks bouncing.
