Complaint Review: Empire City of Yonkers Raceway - Yonkers New York

I LOST my last 5paycheck at the Empire Casino...On 8/16/13,8/30/13, 9/13/13,, 9/27/13, then again on 10/12/13....I played the same Slot Machines,, American Original 2¢ machines number G19001 - G19005 and G19007 - G19012 and124001...I've LOST over 10,000.in the short time...My average time spent in the Casino on any given day (playing) is a Max of 3hrs losing 1,000 or MORE...The Asst manager Jackie walks around with a small sheet a playee that is NOT noticeable to the Casino participates writing notes on the sheet running back and forth using the walkkie talkie...Anytime Jackie or any manager passes by me...

My machine gets cold and suck up All my money...reguardless of any American Original machine previous listed I play the RESULTS are the same. When all your hard earn money is gone...the attendants and managers will circle around you with smirks and smiles...Several times after losing so much noney,I asked for a drink that suppose to be on the HOUSE as courtesy...I was told,"why didn't you buy a soda with your money"....or "Share this drink with youe friend"...This a short version of this Killa Casino...I'm seeking Help for myself and want to help others Who are DYING in Empire City at Yonkers Raceway...Please investigate that place and put the HANCUFFS on thoae Crooks...

Empire  City at Yonkers raceway  is Organized to rob certain people of their hard earned money...It's so bad you can look around and predict who will win and any given time...That's how obvious it is...Please  read every word of this report and if your able put this report in the hands of someone to investigate...here's a brief description of my complaint...I play the Same Machines since Yonkers been OPEN...I can get  20 or more signatures of Regular players with a similar story...After yesterday,I decided to seek HELP...On 8/16/13, 8/30/1 3,  9/13/13, 9/27/13, 10/12/13...I lost My ENTIRE paycheck paying the American Original 2¢ slot machines number G19001- G19012.  and 124001 .I've lost over 10,000.

since 8/16/13...I have put thousands into a machine and  the ratio of the pay outafter hitting the Bonus portion of the game is  barely twenty dollars.. I  observe Asst manager Jackie walk around with asmall sheet of paper that is NOT noticeable to the players, walk around to different players write little notes..then go somewhere or get on her walkie talkie giving the Serial number of the machine...Sadly to say.. whenever she comes behind me. .My machine gets cold and the machine sucks up my money...I witness her telling a woman who was complaining about losing...To stay at her machine,it will get better.  and it did!!!!This customer later won over 8,000( during Jackie watch)...It's almost predictable who will win...After you lose all your money the managers and Attendants will circle around you smirking and laughing.

.One night I asked for a courtesy drink of soda, I was told,"Why didn't youuse your own money?...Another night, My girlfriend and I was told to share the drink ..We made a  report to her supervisor and she just laugh and, ingore the disrespect her employees are demonstrating. I personally know several people thatgo to Empire Casino talking about suicidal ideation...This casino is ROBBING us legally...stealing all our hopes and dreams and preying on our disease. .making it TOTAL impossible to get any pay back Knowing we will come back...How can our government Oversee such a place that's ORGANIZED to KILL people that are Targeted...Please help Us ...Shut this place DOWN...It's illegally operated and They should be Handcuffed...I work hard for my money.. I totally upset.. This is just the small part
