The matter between me and Empire Marketing Systems has been successfully resolved. A very unusual set of circumstances led to miscommunication between me and the company. After bringing this matter to the attention of the owner of the corporation, we were able to come to an agreement that was benifical to us both.

My name is nolan the person who brought Rick aboard this program or MR somewhere PA. Everything that i told rick on the phone and in the contract is true . I believe rick is tring to take the easy way out using his position as a police officer as a threat to do harm to our campany abusing his position. Since bringing rick aboard the program i have been diagnosed with bone cancer and no longer will be able to work for ems. I will be going through treatments but i know ems does all it can and says it will do for it's costomers. THE TRUTH NOLAN

January 15, 2003 It is to my knowledge that the gentleman that filed this complaint was aware of the items he would be receiving. He was also the person that completed the transfer of funds into our account himself. And for him to say that we scammed him is an understatment. He, himself was the one that completed a wire transfer from his bank to our bank. And was on a conference call with his credit card bank and our financial department to complete the remaining balance of his purchase. EMS, Inc. has proof that he did, in fact, authorize the transactions. And we also have proof that he did receive everything that was explained to him. We received a letter from this gentleman stating "I agreed to the terms of the contract and signed my copy and returned it to your company." In that letter, he also verifies that he received his materials and his coaching sessions with his mentor. All in all, this program won't happen on its own. A committed individual will see results, this gentleman focused more on the downside instead of trying to make this business work for himself. We are a ligitimate company and not "operating a scam." We do have Business License and our State of Utah Department of Commerce - Division of Consumer Protection Registration. Therefore, if there is time put into this program, it will be successful. But when an individual gives up on the program, it is expected that the program will fail. EMS, Inc. Owner

empire marketing systems does not rip people off like MR somewhere P.A would like you to believe. This company truely tries to help the clients by doing and giving them everthing that was stated in the contract and over the phone. This bussiness is like any other about 90% of all small bussiness will fail within the first year. The fact is most americans are looking for a get rich fast program wich do not work and this program is not a get rich fast program it will take time and effort to make anything work. former employee
