First of all everything that the sales rep said was totally wrong.. She said one day install and that was far from truth.  She said to contact her if any problems but she never responded to inquiries.  She also mis-measured our carpet amount.  Carpet was supposed to be installed 1st thing on Monday morning.  They were a no show so it took 4 calls to finally get a response. Installers showed at 11 am and were there until 8:30 pm.  Since the rep mis-measured we were told 1-2 days to get rest in.  UNTRUE.. several days later and still installers were late arriving.  We were told the stairs would be completed on Saturday but the installers never showed AGAIN.... Then we were todl stairs on Thursday morning supposedly 1st thing in the morning. No show AGAIN. finally installers show at 5:30pm

This comapany lies.  They are unresponsive.  You will wast more time taking timeoff of work for installers that are totally unrealiable.  WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.  They could care less.  Also, wanted to speak to headquarters Custoemr service. I left two messages requesting Urgent Call for discussion..l NO RETUN CALL>
