We were told that vacuuming daily isn't enough for our carpet. In less than 6 mo our carpet went to crap (started literally 3 weeks in) they told us the same exact thing that it is a maintenance issue and it is our fault that their top of the line product is not holding up. Will not honor warranty

I absolutely refuse to pay for our own inspection because we were NEVER told about the "2-3 times a week vacumming". It may have helped the shedding/pilling had we known that! We still want 1/2 of our money back. If we don't get it, I will be filing a report with the Minnesota Attorney General. Lynn

Empire Today does apologize for any inconveniences that you have had in the past months. But in regards to the inspection that we paid for did come up customer related maintenance issue and the vendor who makes the carpet recommends 2-3 times a week vacuuming. You as a customer are welcome to have your own inspection done at your cost and share the results from that inspection with us and go from there. Sincerely, Empire Today 1-800-588-2300
