I have had so many problems with Empire Today that I don't know where to begin. Oh, wait, yes I do...they suck! I hired Empire to lay a laminate floor in my kitchen. The sales rep was here on Wednesday evening, and we requested a friday installation. When the installers show up, the tell me they don't have enough material to finish the job. They do what they can on Friday, and I schedule for them to come back out early Sunday morning so I don't miss anymore work. Well, they completely didn't even show up on Sunday. So here it is Monday, after spending at least 3 hours on the phone, they are finally here finishing the work they were supposed to have finished in one day. And the kicker of it all? They are installing the WRONG flooring! Thankfully, what they are installing was my 2nd choice, but still...what a total lack of customer service!!! If you want flooring done, please, please, please, save yourself the headache and hire anybody BUT Empire Today!!!!

(Oh, and the total compensation they are offering me so far is a whopping $100 off. Yippee!!! That barely makes up for half of my missed work!)

Yes, Ronald - we accepted your solution after days of angry phone calls and much frustration. You obviously didn't want to help us until we fought about it. The only reason you offered us more than $50 was because we threatened to get a lawyer involved. Your customer service is absoultely horrendous and we will never do business with your company again. Listen Ronald Roby, The only reason you responded is because of this website. Your company is all over here and people who visit this site know your company sucks. We already read this one case where the guys not only did not show up on the scheduled day, but installed the wrong floor, this is not a tight ship you are operating and it clearly shows.
