I see that Empire Today has responded to my complaint on here. I will NOT contact you, as I have tried to resolve this with E/T before. I even tried to give them a second chance, and they still managed to screw that up. You can see what kind of pride the employees take in working at E/T, by drinking on company time, not showing up for appointments, and when told the customer service agent that I was going to take my business elsewhere, her response was "ok", and then hung up on me. What kind of company works like that?! My husband and I are spending our money at Home Depot for new windows instead. They responded to my email when I requested info on windows, unlike E/T. They showed up on time, exactly at 3pm, when they said they would. Not BETWEEN 5-7. They were professional, introduced themselves, wore proper ID and WERE NOT DRUNK. We are more than happy to do buisness with them, and are gladly referring them to friends, family and co workers. I also contacted the Better Business Bureau about E/T work practices. I have never been more disappointed in a business before and I hope that the drunk E/T employee got fired. But probably not, since no one took the time to care about us, as prospective customers, then they won't care about what type of employees they have working for them.
