I placed an order on November 14 2016. Five weeks later my order is still sitting in a warehouse and no one has any idea when it will be shipped but they did try to take the first monthly payment. This company is a joke! A total of 5 phone calls and speaking with one supervisor where I was guanteeed an answer when my product would be shipped and a conformation email by end of day every time. It will take 24 hours to cancel my order but two weeks to reimburse me. I doubt very seriously I get my money back and pray they no longer take payments.
