 I ordered an iPhone 6s Plus on 12/05/16. I heard nothing for almost 2 weeks. I finally chatted them and asked what's up. They claim they were waiting on a small down payment to clear my checking account, despite the contract said no money is due until 01/17. A few days later I asked again. They said it was being sent to the warehouse and shipping in 3-5 days. I then almost immediately received an emailing stating my order had been delayed 3-5 days. Their customer service is borderline rude as well as ignorant.

The below is what I sent to the escalations email address as requested in the original rebuttal. I'm awaiting a response.

 

My information is below. Your “staff” gives me nothing but the run around. For instance, I chatted on your site last night, for the 3rd time in over a week an received the same answer as always “Your order will now be sent to the warehouse to be processed this can take within 2 days, once it is in the warehouse it would be shipped within the week and you will be getting a confirmation once shipped out

 

 

So, my next stop I the BBB and FTC. Ship the product and I have no issue adhering to the payment plan previously set forth, or I will file more complaints than you know possible. I read plenty ripoff reviews on your company before ordering, but decided to give the company the benefit of the doubt. Doubt is winning. What do YOU plan to do in order to rectify this horrible experience?
