 For 3 weeks in a row we have called emporium asking where our merchandise is and get told we will get a call back from corp, that our email will be sent out. They have told us that our order is on hold due to a price glitch and not sure on what part of our order is priced wrong. Noone will return our call or email. We ordered these last month. They pull the amount out of our account without us having merchandise. We are still wacting for shipment. Our order number is. 101406. This is getting out of control and will not tell us what the price glitch is, these were christmas gifts. We are tired of being told we will get a call back and have not in now 4 weeks. Please help us.

Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter.  We are sorry for the inadvertent mistake that occurred on our website. 

We realize that this is rather disappointing knowing that you had a certain expectation of what was going to occur when you took out the lease with Emporium. 

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and we realize that you took out a lease under the impression that this would be the pricing you would receive.
