Today I received a phone call from some one name Jason who claimed he was the owner. I had left a message on their corporate phone on Saturday June 21, 2008 after verifying no one was there. The purpose of the message was to tell them that there claim of saturday's as a normal business day was bogus. And yes out of my anger for the way this company has treated me I left a few choice cuss words in my message to them. I felt it was only fair after the phone call I received from their sales person Travis decided to cuss and theaten me the day before. Jason told me he was an ex-football player at Ohio State and would be visiting me in the next few days, because his wife was the one who listened to my message. I indicated to him I called a business number and could not know in advance who would take the message. But the implied threat that he intends to "deal with my call" is obvious. I reiterated to him that it was he organization that created this problem in the first place, and if he allows his personnel to treat people in the manner I was, it was hipocritical that he would take offense of getting a little of his own medicine. But I must reiterate that anyone thinking of using this company for internet mentoring should take note of how they operate and find any advise they may be selling to be dubious at best.

After placing my report yesterday In Ripoff Report I received a phone call from the "salesperson" that originally contacted me. At 1:30 pm EST a Mr. Travis Ballard called and cussed me up one side and down the other and accused me of deliberately signing up with them to cause them all this trouble in getting a refund, not only contractually guarenteed, but not even necessary if this company had any integrety of not charging my credit card until the three legatimate business days had transpired. I think this phone call speaks volumes on the type of professionalism values this company considers normal.
