I purchased the free trial and paid 4.95 x2 for 2 samples. I looked for fine print for cancelling or they will ship more and did not find it so I ordered the free samples. I was then charged for the next order 89.00 x 2,
i called the same day and they only wanted to read from their script, would not get me a supervisor, told me the free sample i paid 4.95 x 2 was tge actual product , the next shipment since i didn't cancel but i never received any product for the 4.95 x 2 since they insist there is no free product although their website clearly states there is, pay shipping only. I never received anything else althoufh they charged me 89.00 x 2,
They will not put on a supervisor or listen to me since they only read from a script and keep referring to their script. They won't listen to the reason for my call. I have made over 5 calls and when you do call the system doesn't recognize the phone number you ordered from and keeps insisting you keep entering the phone number you ordered from.
At this time i have been charged 4.95 x 2 and 89.00 x 2 and only received 2 small sample bottles and it has been a month since they debited my account, they insistthere is nothing more coming in the mail and the product i paid for were the small samples i received.
