Racketeering Charges should be Filed! Conspiracy and Racketeering (RICO) proceedings as well as claims for defamation and invasion of privacy should be issued against the operators of the website - under a Federal Court. A warrant should be issued against Encyclopedia Dramatica Se, Encyclopedia Dramatica - owners for the operation including the sites: Encyclopedia Dramatica - Encyclopedia Dramatica Se , operates under a guise being orchestrated by an extortion consortium. Encyclopedia Dramatica operates this illegal extortion scam under the guise of humor satire - to force innocent individuals to edit the wiki also to take down the dirty posts. Currently Attorney Generals and Federal Prosecutors throughout the U.S. have been informed as the the sites "anonymous organized crime connections" but have not pursued charges against the website operators, hopefully this will change.
