I ordered a specialty engraving for my best friend fir Christmas, the ad said "IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS" DELIVERY DECEMBER21, 2018 .

Well I waited exactly 14 days to inquire, no answer just robo reply we had a problem, it will be in just in time for Christmas asked for date , rep;ly maybe have confirmation and tracking on December 24, 2018, Only thing I was told via email and text . First excuse was we ran out of boxes, maybe get to your order December 23,2018, nope no boxes then told I would get confirmation and tracking on DECEMBER 24,2018 NOPE, nothing from them except robo reply.

Was told would get first thing Wednesday morning confirmation and tracking , all day NOPE nothing in my email from them or in text's . So I called and dis[puted the charge on DECEMBER 26,2018 at 6;30pm. Guess what all of a sudden I had a tracking number from USPS, NOIPE IT DOESN'T WORK EITHER , tried regular way and on thier website , NOPE message says "SOMETHING WENT WRONG" I learned my lesson
