Enhanced Services Billing Inc ESBI WARNING - SCAM Internet
I, like many others, have been SCAMMED by ESPI, etc. They had ATT bill be $12.95 on my October, 2010 bill for a service I never heard of and certainly did not want. What nerve! How many people have fallen for this charge!?
