Enjoi Transportation, L.L.C. Enjoi rips off EVERY business they do business with. Detroit Michigan
Enjoi is a transportaion company that drives people around Metro Detroit. They contract out with many state agencies here in Michigan; mostly as government handouts for their minority female owner. Her name is Paulette Hamilton and she has been given every single minotiry small business benefit that our government (local, state, and federal) has to offer. She is a horrible business person and has used the generosity of the people (via government handouts) to her own...and only her own...advantage.
My company was involved in leasing/selling the vehicles used by Ms. Hamilton and her criminal Vice President, Greg Lynn, in the operation of their "business." To make it short, they begin doing business with a company and run up a debt. Then they simply disappear and find another sucker dumb enough to do business on a handshake with them.
Then, when they can't run any further, they declare bankruptcy. My company is a creditor in their bankruptcy and, luckily, we have a secured interest in our vehicles. I wrote this the try to help any other businesses out there considering doing business with Paulette Hamilton and/or Gregory Lynn. They most certainly are criminals.
Enjoi's bankruptcy filing shows over $1.3 million in debt of which none of these creditors will see even pennies on the dollar. These creditors include city and state tax agencies, IRS, insurance companies, private individuals wronged (and proven in court) by Enjoi, banks, sub-prime lenders, real estate landlords, etc...
The bankruptcy case number is 13-49751 filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court - Eastern District of Michigan.
