ENTERPRISE REPRESENTATIVES MISREPSENTED POLICIES REGARDING ME TO LEAVE A DEPOSIT FOR A VEHICLE BEING LEASED BY AN INSURANCE COMPANY FOR ME WHILE THE REPAIR SHOP REPAIRED MY VEHILE.

WHEN I TURNED THE RENTAL CAR IN ON NOVEMBER 27, 2012, THEY INSISTED ON HOLDING MY DEPOSIT UNTIL THE INSURANCE COMPANY PAID THE CLAIM.

THE DEPOSIT WAS REQUIRED DUE TO SOME CUTOMERS TURNING VEHICLES IN ON WEEKENDS WITHOUT FILLING THE GAS TANK.  I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE INSURANCE ALSO.
