Enterprise Rent A Car - Credit Card Fraud ENTERPRISE ENTERPRISE CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AN EXTRA FEE WITHOUT MY CONSENT. THE EMPLOYEE ADDED A FEE NOTE TO HIS COPY, NOT MINE, AFTER I LEFT THEIR OFFICE AND I HAVE A COPY OF BOTH TO PROVE IT. DELRAY BEACH, Florida
I rented a car trough my car insurance company. at Enterprise The daily allowed rate is $35. They did not have a car for me so the employee offered me an SUV and said that he will rent it for the daily allowed amount of $35. He said that if they needed the car back he will call me and I have to return it. I never got a call from that office. When I returned the car they charged my insurance company over $1000.00 and then charged my credit card $346 for the "upgrade". I told the manager that my agreement with the employee that rented the car and was not present. She gave me a copy of the rental agreegement where clearly he hand wrote "extra $5 per day". I showed her my copy of the same agreement which did not reflect what he wrote after I left that office. She said that she will look into it and call me back the following week. Soeehow she realized their fraud and agreed to refund only $155 since their employye did not remenber our conversation. I did not get my full amount. Do not rent from Enterprsie. I was told of similar stories before, but unfortunately Allstate, my insurance company, only does business with them. I mostly go to (((competitor's name redacted))). They know how to do business but I was forced to go there by my insurance and paid the price. Thank you Enterprise in Delray Atlantic Avenue office for the worse rip off ever....
sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
