Enterprise Rental Car ripoff enterprise is very unprofessional business and the staff serina to be exact has no customer service skills. serina stated she did me a favor by renting me a car Tulsa Oklahoma
Rented a car for a weekend trip. Pick the car up on friday and returned on monday. I gave a cash deposit of 200 dollars. I was suppose to be refunded 165.68. when I turned the car in I was told they had no money to refund me. I was told to return the following day and I was refunded 80 dollars was told they still had no money I then again returned for the 3rd time and still was giving the same excuse. I became very upset because I don't know how you run a business and you don't keep money in the office for refunds or even change for other cash paying customers. I expressed my concerns with the way they run there business and serina became very hostal with me blowing her breath and making phone calls regarding me while I'm standing there. She made a statement regarding they did me a favor by renting me a car. Even though I was a paying customer. I think she is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. And I will never do business with Enterprise again and I will discourage anyone I know not to use this company either.
