This is a combined ticketmaster.com/entertainment rewards rip off. I DID NOT sign up for this and start getting charged $7.00 a month for something that I will never use. I did NOT get confirmation emails that they say they send. I simply bought tickets for my kid to see a concert, four months later this charge for "entertainment rewards" shows up on my credit card.

I can guarantee I will never use ticketmaster.com to purchase tickets again and I will not ever get tied into this crappy "entertainment rewards" again.

This is to confirm what everybody has been saying about the Rewards program. IAC is getting your money the easy way - nickel and dime you. We are getting way too many calls from intelligent, net-savvy customers who know what they're doing on the internet but get charged anyway. There's a "glitch" at the Ticketbastard website that signs you up even if you decline. Three possibilities exist as to why this goes on: 1) an accidental flaw which is not fixed due to the ineptness of the web master. Plausible, considering how screwed up the entertaimment and related Sally Foster websites are. 2) an accidental flaw deliberately not fixed because it brings in money for the greedheads. More likely considering Ticketbastard's ethics. 3) deliberately designed "flaw" to fleece a certain percentage (if not all) of the fools who use ticketbastard. This is the most likely possibility, despite their cries of innocence. What to do? Insist to speak to a supervisor. That automatically gets you at least the most recent month's charges. Don't take no for an answer. And when you're put on hold, the rep is NOT talking to a supervisor but instead just making you wait until they process the refund. Current policy says only 3 months of charges will be refunded - for more than that you really have to scream and threaten all kinds of dire legal action, it's worth a try. If you actually get a supervisor, they have more latitude to do more than three months. Don't let them get away with this!!
