Enzyte ripoff auto billing and difficult to cancel Cincinnati Ohio
Enzyte/Lifekey is a ripoff. I ordered a 30 day supply and ended up with a 90 day supply.
It appears that every purchase is auto-billed. This means unless you cancel your order after receiving even what you think is a one time purchase (30 day) order, they send you another 60 day order and bill your credit card.
They give you a website (96shoes.com) which is supposed to able you to cancel future purchases on the auto-bill progroma, but it is impossible to get to the website. When you eventually find it, it just praises the product and has no canceling instructions at all.
What can we do about this ripoff?

Enzite- It probably is a good healty vitamin for men BUT I agree that what they are doing is a little shady to put it mildly. Makes you wonder what kind ethics the Nutraceutical(vitamin) company has. You would think a company large enough to have all those TV comercials and even sponser a Nextel Cup car in the NASCAR race at Chicago would be more forthright with people. They should not make it sound like it is totally free and then attach strings to there offer which are easily missed because they are so fine. To the working man free is free.(except shipping of course)but $10 to ship a little bottle! Try using Yahoo to search for 96shoes.com instead of google. It will take you to an AskBerkeley company web site that will give you the form to cancel your order. You will need the credit card that you used to place the order so I hope you know wich one you used. You may also try [delete] If you order came from EIGHT SQUARED,INC. in Raleigh, NC you can also send them an e-mail to make changes(cancel) your continuity program. Wouldn't hurt to do both. Continuity program is a fancy way to tell you that you better have good eyes or a magnifying glass to read the small print on the bottle or you will get 2 more bottles at $70 if you want them or not. Once the 2 more bottles are shipped your just Screwed. I like the way they make it sound like they are giving you a big price break on something you may not even want and most definately didn't ask for. It should not be legal to advertise and sell in this way. When people see free sample on TV and go to the web site they don't take the time to go through the entire web site for some kind of sneeky catch to the deal. It may be a good vitamin (we may now never know) because there sales stradegy lacks ethics and is totally void of honesty and character. You now have to wonder if is even what they say it is.
