EOS CCA Deceptive Practices Norwell, Massachusetts
I was trying to work with them in regards to my student loan debt, and had signed up for the rehabilitation program. Sent in proper papers, not only was my refund garnished, but the Dept of Education said that I have not made a payment since March 2011, which is not true. Have my bank statements yo prove that money was taken out, but it appears the payments that I made were not going towards my debt. I'm questioning the validity of this company, due to this
