EOS CCA RECEIVED A LETTER SAING I OWE MONEY TO AT&T MOBILITY, WHICH IS A RIP-OFF Norwell, Massachusetts
Like the person before me, I received a notice from EOS CCA that I owe money to AT&T Mobilty.
I never had an account with them, not do I owe any money. They had someone else's name with MY address. When I called, they didn't even ask my name or any personal information, they just asked for a Agency Account # which was on the letter. Then they said they had the wrong person after asking me if I was xxxxx on the Letter, and when I asked how they got MY address, they would not answer. All they said was it was a mistake.
Tthis is the first time I ever got anything from them and I hope it is the last! Is this a rip off? If so, they are using US Mail to send letters. Wouldn't this be fraud?
